Sounds like your Ob-Gyn is on top of it. Mirena has a PROGESTIN in it which can

be slightly absorbed into the body and interfere with hormonal balance.? Once

you get your entire endocrine system straight, you SHOULD be able to get control

of the bleeding, thoough there are always things we cannot figure out!? (a

progestin is a SYNTHETIC progesterone)? Good luck
