As a post op at 21 months out I do appreciate all that stay involved as I

feel this is my only support. I traveled to San Diego for this surgery, and

being here on Maui I was the only one I knew that had this surgery. There

is a support group on Oahu, but I just can't get up and fly over for them,

so my main line of support is this list so I do appreciate all that post.

Right now I am going thru a 7 month plateau, I haven't lost anything and

have recently been scared as I started to gain, so I went back to basics of

protein and am okay. I know that I need to stop the grazing and snacks (the

big NO's) and start exercising more. Rita, I too want to thank you as you

are my inspiration that I can do this and continue to lose. So to all, I

wish you all stay involved.
