Done Ramping, Tweek HC Dosage?

Hi Val,

My recent ZRT lab cortisol levels are:

morning 2.5 (3.7-9.5)

noon 1.3 (1.2-3.0)

evening .6 (.6-1.9)

night 1.1 (.4-1.0)

Just finished ramping up to 20 HC this week taking the 4 doses.

With my night cortisol being on the high end, should I continue the night 2.5 HC

dose? Or, since it's high, add the 2.5 night dose to the evening or noon and

take 7.5 so I'd dose 10/7.5/5 or

10/5/7.5?

Is a night dose called for with these levels? Temps are not stable yet.
