A friend sent me this message. I wonder if anyone

would have any suggestions for her. Pasture-raised

meat and good eggs are not available to her. She's

just getting married and hopefully starting a family.

Money will be tight and they will be living in the

city for now. Her husband-to-be is not as nutrition

minded as she is and she does not want to pressure him

into anything.

Milk has always increased my mucus and nasal symptoms. This has not

improved with Xolair. I suspect this is because I am not " allergic "

to it, but that dairy just exacerbates conditions I already have.

Sigh. I love milk and ice cream. Sigh. Oh, and I can't remember

the last time I had a milkshake. I love those.

Take care all,

Addy
