Guest guest
A friend sent me this message. I wonder if anyone would have any suggestions for her. Pasture-raised meat and good eggs are not available to her. She's just getting married and hopefully starting a family. Money will be tight and they will be living in the city for now. Her husband-to-be is not as nutrition minded as she is and she does not want to pressure him into anything. > > Hi there! Could you please do me a favor? Guest guest
Milk has always increased my mucus and nasal symptoms. This has not improved with Xolair. I suspect this is because I am not " allergic " to it, but that dairy just exacerbates conditions I already have. Sigh. I love milk and ice cream. Sigh. Oh, and I can't remember the last time I had a milkshake. I love those. Take care all, Addy
