Personally I would prefer to see her drop all the T3 and start taking

about 30 of T3 spread through the day and increase from there weekly

as per the web dosing page.

The " partial swap " may work, she will beed to increase that T3 as the

T4 levels sink. 1 grain is about 25 of T3 when you take the T4

conversion into account.

On that basis she would drop a grain now and add 10 of T3 immediatly

and add another 15 over the next couple of weeks as needed by symptoms

and pulse/temperature.

What we don't know is what is needed to clear receptors, we know they

clear if you take RT3 down to zero and leave it there for 6 weeks,

that's what the standard protocol does.

What's unknown is how effective " just " reducing the RT3 to a normal

ratio is, whether the receptors will still clear and if so over what

timescale.
