Guest guest
I am wondering if running will increase my need of t3? I stopped running 6 weeks ago to help try and build my ferritin. My ferritin did come up so now I am ready to get back to running. However, I am still in the process of clearing a high rt3 ( ratio of 6). I am currently at 65mcg (week 6) working my way to 75mcg. Can I assume running, or any exercise for that matter, will cause my body to use up t3 a little faster than if I was not active? Would it be acceptable to add a littel extra t3 on just the days I am running? thanks for your time, S
Guest guest
I have done some experimenting with takign a bit of extra T3 on hard work days and it seem sto help ME more than cause any issues so it is an untried field so maybe worth a trial. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
