Finished chemo!

Good news at last! My oncologist finally says that my cancer is small enough for surgery, so although I was scheduled for 4 more doses (two more months) I don't have to have them! I've been on chemo since last June, so that's eleven months ... more than enough of the side effects. Now maybe I can get the feeling back in my fingers and toes, stop feeling so tired all the time, stop aching all over, stop being constipated, taking laxatives, and getting haemorrhoids (ouch).

I'm seeing my breast surgeon tomorrow to talk about surgery, and I'm really looking forward to it - that may sound contrary but I've been waiting for so long ...

Love 'n' hugs,
