Nick has recommended holding off on T3 increases until b12 levels are up

Shouldn't be too long a wait, though, if you take 5000 mcg sublingual b12 a day,

your levels will go up very rapidly - mine did in just a few days. B12 levels

don't take weeks/months to raise, like oral iron does.
