HC while taking penicillin..

I was just wondering.. Will Penicillin (or antibiotics) and more specifically Apocillin 660 mg 4 times daily like I take now, cause any chances to my cortisol? Any stress which reduced cortisol or...? My head feels SO strange now, like, I have a huge pressure in it, and my ears are ringing loudly (I do have tinnitus already though) - Just wondering if I need to take less or more HC. I'm already stress dosing with 10 mg HC extra daily now making my total 45 mg daily for HC..Thanks!
