I was interested to see my ferritin and it seems OK. One stand-out value is my cholesterol which has plummeted from the low 200s (and even mid 200s as of a couple months ago) to 184 where it hasn't been in like 10 years. I don't know which of the wonder supplements I'm taking to attribute it to, but I remember reading about someone else whose cholesterol did the same after starting to take X. I've been using extra virgin coconut oil to cook my eggs and the few other things that I cook, and eating a tbsp or more off of the spoon for a few weeks. I've also recently switched from flax seed oil to cod-liver oil and started drinking aloe vera juice 2x/day. Any comments appreciated.
