As he is talking about fluctuating levels of T3 I am assuming he is not

aware we dose 4-5 times a day which keeps the levels very even. I also

have found that when there is ENOUGH T3 in the body the blood levels

stabilize. For instance when my levels fall below 6.0 (FT3) I feel hypo

between doses, but at 6.2 where I feel best I have NO dips or hyper

times and normal BP 127/77 and normal pulse 89=92 which is a tad high

because I am FAT and 55. LOL I am seeing adrenals HEALING o this group

not the other way around. After 3.5 years on HC I was able to wean OFF

HC once I got my RT3 gone after 12 weeks on T3 only. The evidence here

is that RT3 is WAY more stressful on adrenals than regular release T3.

We also have found repeatedly that SR T3 just is not well enough

absorbed for good results. know one woman got success at 300mcg a day

on SR but that is an exceptional dose which would scare me.
