Guest guest
What is the history of anyone trying to influence the FDA to allow interstate raw milk commerce? I read the FDA regulation on-line today. I live in NJ and there are very few dairy farmers here, (only 1 who currently bottles his own milk) and very little land left to farm on. I am not sure how much milk could be supplied even if the NJ law was changed to allow raw milk sales from NJ suppliers. I am just curious, I don't want to reinvent the wheel by initiating a petition to the FDA if it has little chance of success. But we are going to Pennsylvania where they have plenty of raw milk suppliers. Would be very nice if they could bring it to us.
Guest guest
Reagan banned it by executive order. Political influence takes LOTS of money and believe me the FDA is a political body.
