Val, if it is HC that I'm lacking, how long before it kicks in

to take away the symptoms I've been having? Should one dose do it or will it

need to be built up over a few days?

I took probably 7.5mg. today after being on none for about two weeks. I only

have the cream until I can order pills. By the way, can I get the pills through

a doctor? I think my doctor might be willing because I told him what I had been

doing.

About the cream, someone did a video on it and I can't remember who it was or if

it's in the files. I'll look. But isn't 1/4 tsp. = to 10mg.?
