Decadromin ER - not sure how to dose now

Val, do you know how much 4mg of Decadron is in HC and how should I dose today?

I was dosing 7.5 - 7.5 - 5 - 2.5 (22.5) for the three days prior to Tuesday.

Was in ER all day Tuesday and had nothing but a 4mg Decadron stress dose just

before surgery, until I got home and creamed ~10mg when I got home at 9;00 pm.

Puter died yesterday and so I dosed 10 - 10 - 5.

So far have had 10 - 10 today.

Suggestions on how to finish dosing today?

Temps are 98 and 97 so far today. I was too ill yesterday to take them. BPs are

back down:

sit: 119/66 - 105

stand: 106/65 - 112
