Newbie, question adrenals, thyroid, hormones

HI,

thirty five year old newbie with hashimotos thyroid. I am currently

taking levoxyl 100 mg, going to switch over to armour now for a trial,

taking cortisone, also have mirena iud in. Cortisone up to 12.5 mg at

this point. My question is I still have some left over hairloss

happening, I have night sweats , palps, nightmares, depression all

right before my cycle, doctor thinks related to those hormones not

thyroid, my estrogen levels are nil progesterone normal, doc thinks

IUD interfering complicating pictures, also feel alot more anxious

than usual again. Been on cortisone for 6 months. I am taking IUD

out (was put in for extreme bleeding) I am going to move to

bioidenticals, but am extremely fearful of over bleeding again and

needing surgery. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any

thoughts ?? I would appreciate it.
