My face flushes when cortisol is too high. Plus, extreme fatigue, tremor, itchy

swollen skin.

Thankyou Val,

I do think it is more heat than cold, although to make things really confusing

it is sort of a combination of high and low cortisol symptoms.

Do you think it is more important to come off of too high HC, or to go slowly to

make sure I don't go hypo and weaken my adrenals? Which is more damaging?

Okay. I will try that. Did you experience any withdrawals or bad symptoms at

all?

Sorry about all the adrenal questions. I will stop after this one!

Thanks
