Guest guest
So, now is tomorrow! My temps continue to be a little high, basal today 36.8(98.2), by the way, these are all post-ovulation temps. Right now (12.30) my pulse is 96 and my temperature 37.0 (98.6). Still early to say how the day will develop, but have one question: yesterday I forgot one dose of T3, so instead of taking 87.5 I took 75. What should I do today then, go back to 87.5 or stick to 75 and see. I do feel quite well now, but I don't want to " spoil " the " breakthrough " (if this is what it is), by dropping the T3 dose before the time is ripe... > You can certainly wait till tonmorroew to reduce and if the agitation > continues oyu will WANT to. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
Guest guest
Third day in a row with high basal temps!!! today it was 36.9 (98.4) again!!!! (this are post-ovulation temps). I have been monitoring temps since October and this has never happen before (I occasionally had high temps one day, but then the next day they dropped and were as usual). So, can I start getting my hopes high???!!!! Does this mean there is hope for me after all???!!! And, what now??? Should I feel " cured " instantaneously now, or is this the beginning of a process (because although I feel somewhat shaky and agitated I also have hypo symptoms, like dry eyes when I wake up). Are these temperatures O.K. or a bit high? so many questions!! I feel like running around the house shouting " breakthrough " , " breakthrough " , like if I was Bob sponge!!! Guest guest
Thanks Val, thanks, thanks, thanks!!! This is wonderful. I am 41 years old and at 16 I had a complete collapse with a panic disorder, blurry vision, vomiting, loosing weight, hair, etc, etc. I have never been well since. I don't know what caused it, but I am now conviced it was thyroid/adrenal. I was always a " problematic " kid and I remember having panic attacks at the age of three... Also my whole family, including dad and mum have hashi's (only discovered after I fund I had it almost two years ago) so I wonder if I was not borne with it, or almost!!!! So, I guess I should be patient. I don't mind that, as long as I see hope at the end of the tunnel. I will be posting in the (near) future to see how should start adjusting doses, etc... > Yes it si the beginning of another process, one called healing the hypo > damage.
