There is no way I would go off cortisol and replace it with a drug. Have

you shown him oyur low cortisol labs? If so I woudl not even bother wiht

him.

ANd the 74 for ferritin is fine if oyu have NO inflammation. Most people

wiht low cortils have inflammation. Have you done a full iron panel to

be certain it is OK?

it which is what I did today... I am still taking Isocort but weaning off that..

I didn't realise you'd only been on it a few days.

How long have you been on the isocort?

Very slowly, and it may well be that you need it so will be in a mess

without it

The adrenals group are open again tomorrow and may be able to give

better advice
