Guest guest
In my life I've learned... Drink more water! So I did. At time I've been up to 4 liters a day. Feels good to flush out, ya know? Theeeen..... I was told (hgere) drink less! So I did. I'm currently at 2+ liters daily. Hertoghe also said drink less. He said 2 liters a day is good. It's good to have a balance he said. These days I am probably at 1 liter sea salted water, 1 liter mineral water (bottles bought in the store - I buy it cause of the salt and the fact that it feels different than water! heck, can't drink anything else than water, so why not add som bubbles to it!) and maybe 1/2 to 1 liter plain water. So 2-3 liters.I am guessing I don't have dehydration from the VOLUME I consume. However... Too little salt can cause........ Dehydration, or? > >Is this from too little salt or too much? :-) I am guessing too little? Or maybe just general dehydration? ? If you find you keep needing to pee then that's probably too much Nick
Guest guest
Yeah I know, but.. Enough salt and the need to pee goes away! I don't pee as often now as I did before.. I now drink sea salt daily! When is enough sea salt too much? > >In my life I've learned... Drink more water! So I did. At time I've been up to 4 liters a day. Feels good to flush out, ya know? Guest guest
>When is enough sea salt too much? If it tastes good and you want more then that's a sign to take more. If it tastes horrible and is difficult to drink then that's a sign that you may have taken enough. It doesn't always work like this but does sometimes Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com

Guest guest
My doctor told me to sip about 3 ozs of water every 30 mins. To drink half my weight. So if I weight 120lbs I drink 60ozs of water. I found this article that was very similar to what the doctor told me.
