I tried looking through other posts regarding this topic but I couldn't find

anything....

My heart has been pounding for the past few days... My temperatures are 98.5,

98.4'ish. I was in the grocery store an hour ago and my pulse was 76 and my bp

was 118/80.

I haven't increased my T3- I lowered it from 80mcg to 75mcg a few days ago...

I am the one who had the allergic reaction to the pineapple on Saturday. Taking

isocort- increased it to 7/6, 4,2,1.

I drink the salt h20 (1/2tsp) twice daily.

Today was the first day I felt I could 'handle' the anxiety (left over from

Saturday night).

What does the heart pound like this when everything is looking 'ok'??

Too much T3? Not enough T3? Need more Isocort?

Thanks!

Val- My labs in January showed:

Potssium 4.3 (3.5-5.3)

Magnesium 2.1 (1.5-2.5)

I have Potassium Glycinate OTC... Would you recommend taking that or just

increasing the T3?

My heart isn't pounding now and I had some salt water, thyroid & Isocort at

5pm....

Thanks!
