Yesterday I increased my T3 to 40mcg.

every two hours.

I think I am becoming more hypo as I increase my T3. Yesterday upon the

increase my avg temp was 98.1.

Last night I slept fine, got up only once and went right back asleep. But when

I wake up I feel so tired though my basal read 98.1.

I feel more dry, eyes, hair, hands, my feet are getting cold, and I stay so

tired. I don't even have that extra energy lift in the late afternoons which I

usually get. I am tired all the time now. I have the slow thinking too.

I checked my pulse and it is 72. My heart feels fine. No pounding no pain or

anything.

I noticed today my temp is very low. It dropped down to 97.2 on my first

reading and that is very rare for me to have.

Yesterday the readings were 97.8, 98 and 98.4 avg. 98.1.

This is my second day on 40mcg.

To me I think I am going more hypo and burning up T3 faster than I am giving.

Does this happen? Does this seem to be happening to me?

I am trying to be careful with my adrenals. I don't seem to have any adenaline

rush. Did not get up in the middle of the night with hunger and my vein on my

arm isn't sticking out. It usually does this when my adrenaline kicks in.

When I first started the T3, I felt the energy, and I felt it leave. When it

left, I noticed it was becoming quicker, from 3 hours to 1.5 etc... but now I am

tired all the time. I don't have that energy boost anymore.

My RT3 ratio was 8.
