I always buy my pelleted Minocin at Walgreens. I know Rite Aid has it also

and I think mostly anywhere can provide it (at a cost, of course!)

I've been on AP for 9 weeks approximately.  Dr. S. in Chattanooga told me

brand name vs. generic didn't matter.  Well, I am on a generic and I never

herxed--although I'm in a terrible flare and have been since three weeks on

the meds.  How long should I give this before deciding that maybe the generic

isn't working?  I know I have to be patient for AP to work, but I

don't

want to waste six months on a generic if it is never going to work.  I NEED

this therapy to work for me.

 

BTW, I've been to Harold's web page and the comments on this generic

are good, so I thought it would be ok.  And the bottle says it's pelleted.

Yes, they had some on the shelf but not enough to fill my whole order, but they

will have it in tomorrow. The pharmacist told me she will keep them in stock

since I need them. She doesn't have may orders for brand name. I had to pay my

deductible, but that is okay with me.
