Some iron tablets are labeled by the tablet weight including the

fillers etc. The " elemental iron " but is the weight of useable iron in

the tablet. In the case of the Bluebonnet I believe the label is the

elemental iron weight.

Iam taking Nature's Blend iron. One tablet is 65mg elemental iron = 325 mg ferrous sulfate. I am taking three a day with one emergence vit.c packet. Like I said before my ferritin has been stuck in the 20's for the last three years. I began this only six weeks ago and my ferritin is now 65! Hope this helps someone. S
