Having a very hard time with hypo symptoms going down on cortef

I am trying to go down from 55 mg of HC because I was starting to get high cort

symptoms like belly fat and moonface. I am now at 50 mg, and today I felt really

horrid. My temps are in the 96.'s, I am cold and very anxious. Also my face is

even puffier and moonier than before. Why is that? Wouldn't my face be less

moonish going down on the HC?

What should I do? I know I need to go down off of this high dose, but I feel

bad.

Also, my heart rate is still rather high.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I am really worried

It can take at least a week for those symptoms to diminish once oyu

start lowering cortiosl.
