Guest guest
I see that some people are questioning whether there are any benefits to the body for T4. I am wondering the same thing. I am on SRt3 37.5 mcg twice a day. I am aware that recommends 0.025mcg t4 (a small amount) just once when the t3 is making one feel unsteady. I also know of one person who was doing only T3 and doing fine until one day she felt very fatigued and anxious. She took one 0.025mcg and within 20 min she was back to normal. Sometimes when I feel off I take a metabolic pill which has some L-tyrosine in it (T4) and it straightens me right out. Maybe it is the fact that T4 stays in the body longer than T3 and therefore gives the needed stability? I have been on 75-120 mcg SRT3 for the past 5 months and would imagine my RT3 is mostly cleared by now. (Have not yet had it tested) Does anyone have any experience with adding a small amount of T4 when unstable? Cougarena
