Hey! I began my dialogue with my PCP as part of my Page Six preparations.

I'd already made contact with Dr. R by e-mail and with Debbie for the Patient

Education Manual. Your first visit with the good doctor does require that

you finish the Patient Information sheets which Debbie sends you. Debbie

will give that to him prior to him meeting with you at clinic for the first

time. Send it ahead, or bring it with you to clinic. I'm from Michigan and

I am now 14 days post-op. I feel great! Keep in touch! Dee in MI.
