Guest guest
So, I am not feeling at all well. I am at my 11th week of T3 only, on 87.5 T3 and 37.5 cortisol. I am extremely irritable and depressed. I feel like burning under my skin (only in a figurative way) and I keep having anxiety crisis (related with my OCD), during which my blood sugar rises quite a lot. I also feel mildly nauseous all the time, and my stomach feels funny. I felt some of these symptoms before introducing HC (several months ago, when I was on Armour), but now i am taking almost 40 mg! What can I do?? Shall I lower T3? I am sooo depressed and discouraged, I have the constant thought that I will never feel better...

Guest guest
I was at the beginning of an adrenal crisis INSIDE of Hertoghes office. (My trip down there was just too hard on me!) Man that was horrible. He did tell me to take 15 mg HC immediately, and things improved. Cortisol is scary - When it gets too low! I was warm, nauseous, got a headache and just felt plan bad. After 5 minutes, the stress dose helped me back up to my "normal bad state" ! :pSubject: Re: Crashing Addrenals? and still not feeling betterTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, March 10, 2010, 10:32 PM Â So, I am not feeling at all well. Guest guest
Reduce HC. These are high cortils symptoms. Check your pulse if ti is not too high it is not T3. But high cortils can raise it a bit too. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
This is confusing, I thought nausea was a low cortisol symptom... My pulse right now is 100. It has been rather high all the time lately. I wonder whether I am starting to get hyper... Last few days I got quite high temps at midday (37.3) although it is not unusual for me to get them occasionally after ovulation (as I am now). However basal temps are my usual 36.6 (this is also after ovulation). So, I'll try reducing cortisol, how much should I reduce? I am now at 37.5, I increased from 32.5 some days ago (when I started this thread) because I believed I had low cortisol symptoms... > > Reduce HC. These are high cortils symptoms. Guest guest
I am not sure but maybe a 24 hour urinary cortils lab would help sort this out Of all the labs available to us thta is the ONLY one I semi trust while on HC. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
What kind of numbers would one look for with this test? I am going crazy not knowing if my cortisol is too high or too low. Yes, I temp graph, but some times HC lowers my temps and caues edema and headache, other times it makes my temps go up. I cannot tell what the heck is going on except I feel extremely " hypo head. " I went down on t3 because I was getting too much, but now I wonder if I just was taking too much t3. AGGGHH. Frustrated, Kathleen > > I am not sure but maybe a 24 hour urinary cortils lab would help sort > this out Of all the labs available to us thta is the ONLY one I semi > trust while on HC. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
