As some of you might know I have been doing all I can to find a doc that can

help me!

Well my mom saw the head of Endocrinology a couple weeks ago and the doc put

her on syncrap and she is now off. She could not tolerate it. So my dad

knowing I am getting worse emailed this doctor telling him a little of my

health background and he replied that he will not see patients that could

have adrenal issues Now this doctor came highly recommended by a family

friend whose specialty is dealing with strokes.

It is mind boggiling to me that SO many people struggle with what we do and

it is very difficult to find a doctor that can help with adrenals and then

thyroid. Most deal with diabetes and I was told because this is where they

make there bread and butter.

Today, it was a miracle I was at my fibro doc (for now I need him until I

get to a doc that can help me with adrenals and thyroid) and I met two

patients that have been seeing a great Endo where I live and he treats by

symptoms!(= He is SO booked the first available appointment is April 25th. .

I took it ! II have been hose most days and sick for four to five years what

is a couple more months. At least this gives me some hope because honestly I

was losing all hope. The pain , the exhaustion and isolation has been way to

much.

For me HC does not help. I have heat palpitations on the 5 mg..I tried , 10

mg. and 20mg to the point I had a lot of trouble breathing.

I do not feel comfortable without any guidance to take predinisone on a

ramping schedule or medrol unless someone in this group has been on it and

can give me feedback.

My hormones are very low and I keep reading here first treat adrenals then

thyroid and then see if sex hormones need assistance.

As some of you know this is very difficult to wait for one to get the

adrenals back in shape so everything else can be helped. I am running in

fumes. To be not able to work and taking a shower is a big effort is very

weary day after day.

So I will keep on keeping on and pray that this Endo will at least help me

get out of my house more.
