Today was my first dose (isocort) in the evening and I made a mistake

and took it 4 hours after my afternoon dose and was just rereading

something that said to take it at bedtime. That just doesn't make

sense to me. Aren't we supposed to have lower cortisol at bedtime?

In my case specifically my ASI test said 11pm was elevated 5 (range

1-4) so does that mean I really don't need to bedtime dose?
