I also have General America insurance. I haven't contacted them as of yet

about the surgery but they don't pay for weight loss medications either., I

had my doctor write to the requesting Xenical and they approved it. So my

next step will be getting the surgery approved. I am taking one step at a

time. LKeep in touch,

Do you have a prescription plan included with your General American policy?

I do and they covered all my meds that I have tried. Phen fen, Redux,

Meridia, Xenical.
