Guest guest
I apparently am deficient in CoQ10 and in my research keep seeing that it's used to treat ataxia. Guest guest
Hi Irene, I don't know how long ago it was that you were on a gfcf sugarfree diet, but you may find it easier now. As more physicians have come up to speed on the whole diagnosis aspect, it has become a wee bit more mainstream (just a bit) and there are a LOT more products out there. When I started, I couldn't even find flours. Now I can purchase mixes....I don't because it's cheaper to make my own when I find a recipe I like, I make up my own mixes of dry ingredients and when I want them, just add the wet ingredients and pop it into the oven.... There are a lot more snack foods available also. Unfortunately, you can expect to pay more as gfcf and other f products tend to be about 79% more expensive than regular the last number I read. It is significantly more convenient now though that it was just a year or two ago. Let me know if I can help in any way. Just contact me offline as this is an Iodine group. Guest guest
Thanks, . I'll keep your email addy in case I have any questions. I was on the gluten free, etc. for probably around two years. It took something like a year before the skin problems disappeared. Quicker for some of the other issues.
