For a rather simple chart illustrating the relative levels of contamination, go here: http://www.state.me.us/dhs/etp/hglevels.htm ****Thanks for that great link! Nothing beats a visual representation for clarity. But, my own feeling is that it IS that bad. I mean, is it just me, or is there something wrong in a world where my state has to have a chart of levels of mercury poisoning in a common food, that 50-100 years ago, had none? And to make it even more surreal, there's a cartoon fish at the bottom of the chart stating, " Fish is good for you. Eat fish low in mercury! " Uh...how about not eating ANY mercury. Is that just too much to ask of the world today? Just a rhetorical question...I know the answer Suze Fisher Web Design & Development http://www.suscom-maine.net/~cfisher/ mailto:cfisher@...
