I just use sorghum alone without the cornstarch. Peanut Butter Cookies 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup veg. shortening 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 3 TBL. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 3/4 cup sorghum flour 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp baking soda Beat on an upper speed for several minutes.
