Thank you Nick. Yes, Diane on adrenals had some good advice though I am still

trying to figure it out as regards my particular situation, basically whether it

was premature of me to start HC given my adrenals were (slowly) improving on

their own.

I had a pretty bad night to be honest, but feel quite a lot better now. I am

normally a pretty balanced and rational sort of person so it was horrible to

feel so anxious and emotional - felt like I was going crazy!

Good, they know far more about adrenals than I do
