Guest guest
I've had this constant headache for like 3 days now. Mind you, its right after my menstrual cycle. Is this thyroid or adrenal? Tylenol helps but I hate taking it all the time, its driving me nuts. I've also been extra extra weak, like the muscles in my thighs have even been hurting, hard to walk, hard to wake up, achy. The back of my neck hurts...so I know its not sinus. Thanks
Guest guest
Estrogen! I bet thats it.Mine was in the higher levels in Oct. I read about that, Its only suppose to be a problem when you're ovulating. Folks with hypothyroidism and adrenal problems have problems with their estrogen getting too high sometimes. I thought about taking the over the counter estrven stuff that is suppose to help and chickened out. > > I get that but the only thing that has helped me is lowering my estrogen. > Progest cream and eating right. > I actually get pain in my thighs during this time, this really weak, > fatigued pain. > > Haven't had it though for a few months so that is good. > > Cheri- > > ----Original Message----- > > > > I've had this constant headache for like 3 days now.
