Guest guest
I still like Bette Hagman's Four Flour Bean Bread. If you need that recipe, I will be happy to pass it on. It can be found in her book The Gluten Gourmet Bakes Bread.
Guest guest
Alright, I need some help from all you veterans out there. Please let me know what your favorite bread recipie is. I am totally an amateur when it comes to making bread at all let alone gfcf. I don't have a bread machine but if that would help a great deal would consider getting one as the prices have really gotten reasonable on them. Our usual bread we are use to is white bread. Thanks in advance!
Guest guest
I can't help with bread recipes as I have had no luck with making it and my son would never eat it. However I found a bread at our local hfs that he likes toasted with Willow Run cf/gf margarine (also from the hfs). The bread is Tapioca Loaf by ENER-G. It's kind of expensive, but at least he eats it. in Ohio
Guest guest
Hi I use the recipe on page 140 of 's book " Special Diet for Special Kids " . This is the only bread Nik will eat. You don't need a bread machine, just 2 loaf pans and bake. I use my food processor to make this and there is very little mess to clean up. If you don't have this book e-mail me privatley and I will send it. Hugs, Terry.B Beeda111@...
