I know you mean welll Vera, but words just are not going to do much for

me...In fact it's hard for me to focus on reading all of them. Medication is

what I need. I have an appointment on the 27th of Sept.

To one of Mable's kids:

I really hate to see you in so dark of a mood and your right , you

may never meet me, but I still hate to see your blah, blah, blah mood

and not try to do something about it. None of us here have all the

sunshine in the world, but we just can't give up. Don't feel you are

weak because you have to take meds to help with the depression. In

fact if anything you show that you do have strenght because you are

facing the fact that you do need to do something that will help.

I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you. I Just wanted to send

this Poem to you and hope that it may help you in someway. Even if

it's just to let you know that someone cares that your feeling so

blue today.

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they

sometimes will;

When the road you're trudging

When the funds are low and the
