Hi everyone, well the girls up North sound like they are having a blast and

staying low carb, great job girls...... now who said dieting can't be

fun.......

I think I did pretty good today, I had some slices of pork roast, and a piece

of meat load but the more I ate of it the more I suspected that it had more

than jsut hamburg in it.

I had a salad with grilled chicken breast for lunch and had coffee with cream

for breakfast.

I'm having a protein shake for supper tonght........ not really hungry.

I put a pound back on this mroning so ai was bummed out. but i'm sticking to

it, my first mini goal is 199, I really want to get under that 200 mark and

then I will go for 10llbs increments......until I get to where i am

comfortable with my weight. what ever that will be.

Hi Lyssa, it nice to see you back, how are you doing?/ How has the weather

been up there? Its been really hot down here.

well thats about all for now, hope everyone had a great weekend, it was kinda

quiet here on the list, not much mail to readl

Good for you for trusting your instinct and stopping with the meatloaf!

Isn't it amazing how you can tell when something's " polluted " ?!!!! Have a

good day tomorrow. Drink lots of water. Maybe add some cabbage to your

salad for fiber. Might help with the extra pound! :)
