recipes wanted & clay pot question

Hello, does anyone have a recipe they like for pita

bread, sprouted grain tortillas or sprouted grain

bread?

I was also wondering what size clay pot you would use

for a regular/large loaf of bread. It sounds

interesting, but I'm having trouble imagining bread in

a clay pot.
