Another thing that helps an inflamed gut which I use, is: Slippery Elm Powder which has a soothing mucilage effect and coats the gut. Don't take it with food or supplements though - it sucks everything up in its path and carries it out. L-Glutamine should be taken away from food too, as it doesn't get absorbed when mixed with other nutrients.
