over the counter hydorcortisone cream

HI all,

Can you give me some ideas of what I can tell my son about the uses of

otc hydrocort. cream.. I didn't know he was going to be using it for a

long time but it's been a few years now that he's using it on his face

for itching.. I've told him all that I know & he's just not believing

me.. I had cushings so I knew what it does.. Any suggestions?
