Stand Up If You Have Raynauds and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and maybe Myositis

I keep on reading that this protocol is for RA - then I read that it

works for any of the immune system diseases, which makes sense to me -

My core muscles are horrible - I walk like a duck!!! I can't raise my

arms very well above my shoulders - Just curious has anyone else had

these issues? Big depression, am seeing the pharmapsychiatrist tomorrow

to see what his new suggestion is. But I am not tired - Because my

muscles are so weak, it is hard to move around at night, getting up and

down in a chair etc.

BTW, anyone still on pred, please know that if you feel like your

personality has absolutely gone off the deep end, get lithium, low dose,

it puts you back together-

When my Rheumie gave me the doxicycline last week for the sea he

said he wouldn't give me the minon(sp) because of fear of me getting

lupus - what are your experiences?
