Armour or Progesterone next?

Hi Everybody,

My temps have finally stabilized on 22.5 mg HC!!! Do I begin Armour

next? OR replace Progesterone/Estrogen next? Which order please?

My temps are stable at 97.6; progest. was 0.86; estradiol was < 7. I

don't know the ranges because I don't know if I am in menopause or if

adrenals/thyroid have messed up my cycle beyond recognition (I just

turned 49). Doc wants to treat progest./estr. next, but I am not sure

if that's the right order.
