Guest guest
<< strawberry slush recipe >> ..5 to .75 cup of Raspberry Crystal Light (already mixed) 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (no sugar added) 1.5 to 2.0 cups of frozen strawberries. Liquify or frappe in the blender. It will be like a soft sorbet; put into a covered container and store in your freezer. Makes about 2.0 cups; go easy, it's cold on tummies! Dee in MI. Guest guest
Thanks for this recipe. I have not received my surgery but, when I do this will be one recipe I'll try. I love strawberries Strawberry Slush From: Yarnmama@... Okay...for those of us missing sweet frozen deserts: 1.5 to 2.0 cups of frozen strawberries 1 cup vanilla flavored nonfat yogurt (low sugar also, please) .5 to .75 cups of raspberry flavored Crystal Light drink (already mixed up) Put Crystal Light into blender, add strawberries and yogurt. Frappe or Liquefy. Put into freezer in a covered container. It's a nice change of pace. This made enough for several helpings; probably about 2 cups, total...it'll take me several days to down that many helpings! Eat slowly, it's cold!
