Try a 5mg increase. If it is no better than you need ot reduce it. These

sympotims cna be high or lwo cortiosl so it is going to have to be trial

& error.

I already tried going down on the HC from 35mg to 30mg and very,very bad

results.My temps dropped from 98.5 to 97.8. I was frozen all the time.So,it's

not a high cortisol.
