Guest guest
Yes well if you have dry skin you are probably still hypo. It is very important to take temps and pulse while on t3. Guest guest
I'll really try hard to remember to take temps. I know basal temps are supposed to be first thing in the am before even moving but I always forget that one. I can often remember as soon as I get up to go to the bathroom. If I do that everyday, how much difference can it make if it's always the same? Yes well if you have dry skin you are probably still hypo. It is very important to take temps and pulse while on t3. Guest guest
Hi Nick,I'm taking 50mcg of cytomel T3 split up as 20, 20, and 10. I'm not sure when the best time to take it is, I usually take the doses around 8, 11 and then the last one by 1pm, thought sometimes I forget and take it later in the afternoon. Should I break it up kind of like that? I was never sure about that. > >ok, I get most of the itching at night, does that mean I should take some T3 >later in the day, not just in the morning?
