Thanks for the enouragement. His doc said do one teaspoon twice a day,

half hour before meals. I started with half teaspoon once a day and am

up to 1 teaspoon once a day. I am just a cautious person and if I was

going to have a reaction... Also olive leaf extract between meals.

I've lost aobut 7 pounds now!! And hubby has lost 15, he's very

happy. And he also started 1 g armour at the same time so WHAM!

You know, this is a good point. i don't understand it as much as I

should. I'm just taking it early morning and I take enzymes and

stomach acids before meals so instictively I'm trying to keep it away

from meals (like if I know there is still food in my stomach, I

wouldn't do it) but as I said, it is very off the cuff as I haven't

done my research. I suspect it leaves the stomach pretty quickly.
