Guest guest
HI Val....I'm a little confused about saliva vs. blood testing for thyroid. If a blood test showed very high t3...we assume it's not getting into the cells, right? Then, what would the saliva test show....low t3? If my blood tests came back high (on Cytomel only) should I bother getting a saliva test done then? Is it a given that there will be low thyroid at the cellular level? And....is there ever the scenario where blood will show high, but saliva will show normal? It's kind of confusing for me....please explain and thanks!
