If you've tried and are unable to unsubscribe through the hyperlinked address

given at the end of a post, then you could try going to the actual group's

home website:

rheumatic/

Provided that you can remember your password and login, you should be able to

hit the " edit membership " button at the very top in purple, above the

rheumatic banner.

After clicking on " edit membership " , just scroll to the bottom of the page

and click on " leave group. "

This should do it. If not, you can always email the list owner privately at:

rheumatic-owner

This email address is listed at the bottom of the group home page. Because

the member list is not available to the group, list owners and moderators are

the only ones able to delete members directly from their member list.

Hope this helps. The trick is remembering your login and password, a vital

piece of information for a groups such as this. If you can't remember these, you

may have to go to Help and ask them to send you a reminder.
