Any tips on how to alleviate the pain naturally? Foods to eat, preparations to rub in? I've tried arnica gel, warm baths and massage so far. Juice organic celery (70%), parsley (15%) and zucchini (15%) and drink about 4 - 6 ounce glasses a day for awhile. I have found that my own leg cramps are due to mineral deficiency which is alleviated greatly by the juice. And it works relatively quickly too boot.
